🌿 Landscaper’s Mix

Our Landscaper’s Mix is a premium, custom-blended soil crafted using 3 great products that we blend here for planting beds, gardens, and sod installations. This balanced mix combines 70% screened topsoil, 10% river sand, and 20% ERTH Food Organic Compost, creating a soil blend that retains moisture, promotes drainage, and enriches the soil with beneficial organic content.

Our Screened Topsoil is the nutrient-rich upper layer of soil, typically 5–10 inches deep, packed with organic matter, water retention capacity, and a living microbiome—ideal for planting, lawn repair, and elevating low spots.

River Sand is a clean, natural sand product harvested from riverbeds, prized for its fine texture, neutral pH, and consistent particle size. It's an excellent material for improving soil drainage, building bases for pavers, and even for topdressing lawns or golf courses.

The inclusion of ERTH Food Compost, produced by Erth Products, ensures superior soil structure and nutrient cycling. ERTH Food is a biologically active, STA-certified compost derived from recycled food waste and green materials. It enhances microbial life in the soil, increases nutrient availability, and improves root zone aeration. This makes our Landscaper’s Mix especially effective in compacted clay soils or underdeveloped beds.
